    Innovative Marketing Solutions is looking for a highly organized Account Coordinator to join our client services team. In this role, you’ll keep projects on track, support client meetings, and ensure details don’t get lost in the shuffle. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting cross-functional teams, we’d love to meet you!

    What You’ll Do

    • Take detailed meeting notes and track action items

    • Coordinate schedules and cross-departmental meetings

    • Set up and track projects in Monday.com (experience a plus!)

    • Review presentations and prep for client meetings (including catering)

    • Track shipments and manage light shipping/receiving tasks

    • Assist with client billing

    • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

    What We’re Looking For

    • Excellent organization and communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel a plus)

    • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com a plus)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field a plus but not required

    We’re looking for a Senior Environmental + 3D Retail Designer who can merge creativity with real-world execution — someone who can design bold, memorable brand experiences that are as smart and as cost-effective as they are beautiful.

    At Innovative, you’ll create everything from immersive branded environments and pop-ups to retail displays and modular fixture systems. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life — balancing storytelling, materials, and manufacturing realities to deliver creative solutions that work within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design 3D branded environments, retail displays, and experiential spaces from concept through fabrication.

    • Develop modular, scalable systems using a Good / Better / Best approach across retail formats.

    • Think outside the box to deliver creative, buildable solutions that stay on budget.

    • Translate abstract ideas into clear, visual concepts using Rhino 3D, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Partner with internal teams — Sales, Engineering, Graphics, and Production — to align scope, cost, and design intent.

    • Prepare design documentation packages defining materials, finishes, and assembly details.

    • Present and screen-share 3D models in collaborative client sessions.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and retail innovations to keep our work fresh and forward-thinking.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in environmental, experiential, or retail POP design.

    • Strong technical and creative skills in Rhino 3D, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.

    • A deep understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills — both visual and verbal.

    • Ability to design with creativity and resourcefulness within client restraints — pushing boundaries while staying grounded in feasibility and cost.
