Job Summary


Responsible for procuring and sourcing goods for the company at the best value regarding quality and price, with an underlying duty of meeting budget constraints. Additional duties of this position include assisting the analysis and preparation of quotations and working closely with key team members as well as outside vendors to meet project requirements.


General Accountabilities

  • Initiates RFQs within our vendor network to gather project costs.

  • Analyzes 3D renderings and technical engineering documents to prepare cost, materials, and labor estimates.

  • Confers with designers, engineers, and vendors to gather cost estimates.

  • Reviews material selections and labor requirements, while working closely within our vendor network to ensure a successful project.

  • Prepares and maintains a directory of suppliers.

  • Potential travel performing vendor evaluations or vetting new prospects.

  • Working with vendors to keep up to date on new manufacturing methods and technologies.

  • Recommends ways to make a product more cost effective and profitable.


Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree – Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting preferred

  • Experience: At least 3 years experience as a cost estimator/procurement specialist or applicable experience.

  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (with strong Excel abilities), Microsoft Project and QuickBooks cloud accounting platform is a benefit.

  • Knowledge in point-of-purchase display materials and manufacturing processes including: sheet metal and wire/wood/plastic fabrication, injection molding, vacuum forming, printing methods, and lighting is a benefit.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing clients’ specific needs.



  • Resolves customer complaints and answers customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.

  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.

  • Monitors customer service phone calls and emails for quality assurance purposes.

  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the service area.

Job Summary

Overall, we are looking for a collaborative 3D POP Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a good understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior. They should also have strong technical skills in 3D modeling and CAD software, as well as project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.


  • Conceptualize and create 3D POP designs for in-store displays, event setups, and promotional campaigns. 

  • Collaborate with marketing teams, brand managers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, messaging, and target audience. 

  • Conduct research and keep up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and relevant. 

  • Use CAD software, preferably Rhino for modeling and Keyshot for rendering, to create detailed 3D models and renderings. 

  • Create technical drawings and specifications, including materials, dimensions, and assembly instructions, for production and manufacturing. 

  • Select materials, colors, and finishes that are consistent with client brand guidelines and project goals. 

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the production of high-quality prototypes and final products. 

  • Participate in project meetings, presenting design ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. 

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure prototypes and final products meet design specifications and quality standards. 

  • Continuously improve and optimize design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality. 


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent field

  • At least 5 years of experience in POP Design.

  • Proficient in modeling and rendering software

  • Convey creative problem-solving skills through sketching
